We are looking for a yoga instructor to join us.

1. **Teaching Yoga Classes**: Conducting yoga classes for individuals or groups of various skill levels and backgrounds. This involves leading students through yoga poses (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and relaxation techniques.

2. **Creating Lesson Plans**: Developing structured lesson plans that cater to the needs and abilities of students. This may involve selecting appropriate sequences of yoga poses, adjusting difficulty levels, and incorporating modifications for different body types and fitness levels.

3. **Providing Instructions and Demonstrations**: Clearly explaining and demonstrating yoga poses and techniques to ensure students understand and perform them correctly. This includes providing verbal cues, physical adjustments, and visual demonstrations as needed.

4. **Offering Guidance and Support**: Providing personalized guidance, encouragement, and support to students throughout the class. This may involve offering individualized feedback, addressing questions or concerns, and fostering a positive and inclusive class environment.

5. **Promoting Safety and Injury Prevention**: Ensuring the safety of students by emphasizing proper alignment, technique, and mindfulness during yoga practice. This includes monitoring students for signs of strain or injury and offering modifications or alternatives as needed.

6. **Maintaining Class Atmosphere and Energy**: Creating a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere during classes by cultivating positive energy, playing soothing music, and incorporating inspirational themes or affirmations.

7. **Continuing Education and Professional Development**: Staying informed about new developments in yoga practice, anatomy, physiology, and teaching methodologies through workshops, training programs, and self-study. This may involve obtaining additional certifications or specializations in specific yoga styles or techniques.

8. **Administrative Tasks**: Handling administrative duties such as scheduling classes, managing registrations, collecting payments, and communicating with students regarding class updates, cancellations, or special events.

9. **Promoting Yoga Services**: Marketing and promoting yoga classes, workshops, retreats, or other services to attract new students and retain existing ones. This may involve using social media, creating promotional materials, networking with local communities, and collaborating with other wellness professionals.

10. **Maintaining Professional Standards**: Upholding ethical standards and professional conduct in all interactions with students and colleagues. This includes respecting students' privacy, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to relevant industry regulations and guidelines.

Pay: ₹1,500.00 - ₹3,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 per week
