**Responsibilities**:
Shipment Preparation:Prepare shipments by accurately picking the required items from inventory.
Verify shipment details, including addresses and product quantities, to ensure error-free deliveries.
Properly package and label goods, following company guidelines and shipping regulations.
Coordinate with shipping carriers to arrange timely and reliable deliveries.

SKU Barcode Printing:Generate and print SKU barcodes for products using our designated software or tools.
Verify the accuracy of barcode information to prevent any discrepancies in inventory management.
Organize and maintain an updated inventory of printed barcodes.

Goods Packing Assistance:Assist the packing team in preparing orders for shipment.
Ensure that the correct products and quantities are included in each order package.
Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized packing area.

Data Entry and Excel Management:Enter relevant information into spreadsheets and databases using Microsoft Excel.
Update and maintain records related to shipments, barcode printing, and other tasks as needed.
Generate reports and summaries as requested by the management.

General Administrative Support:Provide general administrative support to the team, such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Assist in handling customer inquiries related to shipments and orders.

**Requirements**:

- Basic computer literacy with a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and external partners.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
