**About Company**:
As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging interfaces and experiences that enhance user satisfaction and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research and usability studies to understand user needs and preferences. Analyse data to derive insights for design improvements.
- **Visual Design**: Develop engaging, visually appealing, and intuitive designs that adhere to brand guidelines and industry best practices.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs align with business goals and technical requirements.
- **Design Iteration**: Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing, and changing requirements to continuously improve user experience.
- **Design System**: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and other design documentation.
- **Accessibility**: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and guidelines to provide an inclusive experience for all users.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe XD or Figma.
- Ability to demonstrate expertise in both Mobile and Web Design.
- (Optional) Familiarity with any of the following technologies is a plus: ReactJS, NodeJS, React Native, WordPress
- (Optional) Experience in Graphics Designing tools like Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in UI/UX design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- (Optional) Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
