**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Guidance**: Assist students in selecting suitable study programs and destinations based on their aspirations and qualifications.
- **Promotion**: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our study abroad programs, including organizing seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- **Targets and Incentives**: Achieve sales targets and qualify for performance-based incentives, in addition to the base salary.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Previous experience in education consultancy or marketing is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Volunteer
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
