Job Responsibilities

Responsible for administration, configuration, troubleshooting and support VMware Virtualisation Infra. Managing vCenter Server, ESXI, VM, Data store, snapshot, cloning, DRS, HA, Templates. Log analysis, User, Role, SSO, Security Hardening, Patching, and Backup & Restore.

Administration, configuration, troubleshooting and support Windows Server Operating System, Active Directory, GPO, Site & Services, User Group and Permission, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, Patch Management, Event log dump and analysis, PowerShell scripting, Failover clustering. Cloud support on Azure and AWS (Creating managing VM / Ec2 Instance, GI, VPC, NSG, VMSS, Blob, S3, IAM)

Creating managing and closing SR Tickets on time. Proactive Monitoring of all VM, Servers and services. Virtualisation infra SLA 99.9%, ZDD & RCA. Capacity Planning, All DC Physical / Virtual / Service /Allocation / Database BCP planning, testing.

Team work, Escalate issues in a timely manner according to Standard Operating Procedures. Leverage internal technical expertise, including peers, mentors, knowledge base, community forums and other internal tools, to provide the most effective solutions to production issues Create new knowledge base articles to capture new learnings for reuse throughout the organization

Skill Requirement

Experience in Virtualization & Cloud computing will be preferred.

Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment
