**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and feedback.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer trends, complaints, and satisfaction levels to the management team.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest information on pharmaceutical products and industry trends.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
