**Job Title**: Customer Support & Sales Associate (PhonePe - Pune)

**Location**: Pune

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 CTC (depending on process and experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers via multiple channels and resolve their queries.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Listen to customer concerns, offer solutions, and ensure follow-up.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Document interactions for continuous improvement.
- Drive sales with a strong insurance acumen (Motor & Life Insurance policies).

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (No MTI or RTI, grammatical, or pronunciation errors).
- Graduate from any field.
- Versant 6 certification is a must.
- Prior experience in insurance sales preferred (not backend, EMI collection, claims settlement, or data entry).
- Strong sales acumen and ability to engage customers effectively.

**Work Schedule**:

- 24/7 Rotational Shifts.
- Day shift for females till 9 PM, rotational for males.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
