- Hands-on experience designing and implementing reporting solutions.
- Experience collaborating with database teams to resolve data-related issues and improve performance.
- Confident in leading technical discussions and designing solutions for reporting needs.
- Strong understanding of software design and architecture patterns, making it easier to build solid, scalable reporting solutions.

**What You'll Bring to the Table**
- Use your hands-on expertise in Jasper Reports to work with and improve reports created from JRXML scripts.
- Dive into existing JRXML files, find errors or warnings, and resolve them with your advanced Jasper Reports skills.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries specifically for reporting.
- Design and troubleshoot database procedures, functions, and packages to ensure smooth data integration.
- Work closely with the database team to solve any issues related to data structures and performance.
