Infoblox is seeking a Global TA Coordinator (contractual) to join our Global People & Places Team in Bangalore, reporting to the manager, Talent Acquisition Operations. In this role, you will support global recruitment and onboarding efforts, present new hire orientation, be the go-to person for further hire questions, and assist with Talent Acquisition and Operations projects and programs.

**What you’ll do**:

- Schedule interviews, communicate interview details, and host onsite interviews
- Onboard new hires using our human capital management system and track required pre-hire task completion
- Host and present new hire orientation on a weekly, ongoing basis
- Create and distribute resumes and interview schedules to interview teams
- Participate in various recruiting projects on an as-needed basis
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Operations teams
- Adhere to the highest degree of professionalism and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion

**What you’ll bring**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end talent operations across multiple countries
- Proven expertise in global interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, and background verification (BGV) processes
- Interest in continuous improvement to help drive and implement process changes
- Strong attention to detail to catch even the smallest errors
- Outstanding credibility with demonstrated ability to inspire trust throughout the organization
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- A “roll-up your sleeves” attitude to get the tactical tasks done
- Impeccable integrity, including sound judgment and professionalism, as well as a forthright approach and willingness to give and receive open and candid feedback to improve leadership and ensure business success
- Excellent technology skills: Microsoft & Google Apps, ORC, and Jobvite knowledge a plus
- Ability to build credible relationships with all stakeholders
- Ability to operate in a positive, helpful, and proactive manner
- A bachelor’s in business administration / Human Resources is strongly preferred

**What success looks like**:
In the first six months, you will
- Develop strong business relationships with the critical stakeholders in Bangalore, EMEA, and APJ
- Learn and independently take on offer processing, new hire onboarding, and taking new hires through orientation on Day 1
- Collaborate on various ad-hoc projects

After the first year, you will
- Led multiple Talent Acquisition and Operation team programs and projects
- Train new team members on processes and procedures
- Assist cross-functional teams with various audits and reports
