**Position Overview**:
Goposhtik is seeking a talented and creative Design and Illustration Intern to join our team. This individual will collaborate closely with senior management to develop visually compelling labels for packaging, as well as design collaterals for various marketing initiatives, including offline flyers and online social media creatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior management to understand branding guidelines and design requirements.
- Develop visually appealing labels for packaging that resonate with the brand identity and target audience.
- Design offline marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and other print collateral.
- Create engaging social media creatives and digital assets for online marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all designs align with the company's brand standards and messaging.
- Assist in conceptualizing and executing design projects across multiple platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and illustration.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) or CorelDraw.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout techniques.
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for food and an interest in plant-based nutrition is a plus.

**Duration and Compensation**:

- This is a 3-month internship position.
- The internship stipend will be Rs. 25,000.
- Successful performance during the internship period may lead to a full-time role.
