**Job Overview**

The Chief Product Officer (CPO) will be responsible for defining and driving the overall product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Newage. The role requires deep expertise in logistics technology, strong leadership, and the ability to align product development with business goals to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Product Strategy & Vision**
- Define the **long-term product strategy** aligned with the Newage’s mission and market needs.
- Drive **innovation in logistics technology**, ensuring the product suite remains competitive.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and translate them into product solutions.
- ** Product Development & Roadmap Execution**
- Lead the **end-to-end product lifecycle** from ideation to launch.
- Define and prioritize the **product roadmap** based on business impact and market research.
- Ensure seamless integration of **automation, and digital transformation** in product offerings.
- ** Cross-Functional Leadership**
- Work closely with **engineering, sales, marketing, and operations** to align product goals.
- Build and manage a high-performing **product management team**.
- Act as the bridge between **customers, technology teams, product managers and business stakeholders**.
- ** Customer & Market Insights**
- Stay updated on **market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes** in logistics.
- Collaborate with clients and partners to incorporate their feedback into product development.
- ** Go-to-Market & Business Impact**
- Partner with **sales and marketing teams** to develop strong go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor **key product performance metrics** and ensure continuous optimization.
- Identify **new revenue streams and expansion opportunities** through product enhancements.

**Key Qualifications & Experience**
- ** 15+ years of experience** in product management, with at least **5+ years in a leadership role**.
- Proven experience in **software product development for logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding**.
- Strong expertise in **SaaS, cloud solutions, AI, and automation technologies** for logistics.
- Deep understanding of **logistics operations, freight management, and supply chain optimization**.
- Hands-on experience with **Agile methodologies, product roadmaps, and UX/UI best practices**.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to work in a **fast-paced environment**.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience working with **ERP, TMS (Transportation Management System), WMS (Warehouse Management System)**.
- Knowledge of **blockchain, IoT, and AI-driven logistics solutions**.
- Exposure to **global logistics regulations and compliance requirements**.**
