We are in search of a Branding & Marketing Strategist to spearhead in business development across our group companies & take full responsibility for setting specific objectives toward developing an overall marketing & brand strategy that drives profitability, brand consistency, and overall market growth.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Understanding the company’s goals and vision.
- Creating and optimizing creative ideas & strategies for brand creation
- Analyze market trends and Research market to identify new opportunities & Craft the differentiation brand strategy
- Designing Marketing Strategy, Branding and Promotion initiatives (Offline & Digital)
- Track and measure marketing outcomes (Offline & Digital) including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI
- Creating content marketing related digital activities to drive maximum traffic, engagement, leads
- that deliver sales, brand awareness and customer retention.
- Work closely with the Graphics Designer, Content Writer & Digital Marketers.
- Preparing monthly reports of progress and financials on marketing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Strategist or Brand/Marketing consultant or a similar role.
- Ability to lead multiple projects
- Passion for scaling new products, re-branding and category creation
- Passion for creativity and learning, Interest in innovation and implementing new things
- Able to use storytelling skills to craft engaging campaigns highlighting the story and benefits of our brand to lure consumers
- Able to follow and predict trends in order to develop strategies
- Passionate about Brand strategy and making an impact
- Highly energetic and motivated & analytical
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
