Role Overview

The Brand Strategist will be responsible for defining and driving Bluve's brand identity, positioning, and storytelling across all touchpoints. This role will blend strategy with creativity, ensuring
Bluvé
stands out in a highly competitive skincare landscape while building a loyal community of customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Positioning & Strategy
  • Define Bluve's unique positioning in the skincare market, focusing on digital pollution & modern lifestyle skincare.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Develop a clear brand architecture, tone of voice, and communication guidelines.
  • Storytelling & Messaging
  • Craft Bluve's brand story, mission, and values into powerful narratives that resonate with Gen Z & Millennials.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across packaging, social media, website, PR, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to bring stories to life visually and verbally.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Shape pre-launch and launch strategy (campaigns, influencer marketing, content pillars).
  • Identify target customer personas and map customer journey touchpoints.
  • Build emotional and functional reasons-to-buy for Bluve products.
  • Consumer Insights & Market Research
  • Conduct market surveys, focus groups, and social listening to refine positioning.
  • Track evolving skincare trends (K-beauty, functional skincare, clean beauty).
  • Translate consumer insights into actionable strategies.

Collaboration & Growth

  • Work closely with Product Development, Packaging, and Marketing teams to align strategy with execution.
  • Support fundraising pitches, investor decks, and brand presentations with compelling storytelling.
  • Develop strategies for scaling
    Bluvé
    across D2C, marketplaces, and retail.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in skincare, beauty, or consumer brand strategy (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of D2C, influencer marketing, and consumer psychology.
  • Ability to turn insights into impactful storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative yet analytical mindset with an eye for aesthetics.
