Job Summary

The Franchise Coordinator is responsible for managing the communication and sales process with potential franchisees. This includes handling inbound and outbound calls, converting leads, following up with prospects, and ensuring smooth coordination of franchise-related activities. The role also involves scheduling training sessions, managing event openings, and assisting in the onboarding process of new franchises.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential franchisees and convert leads into successful franchise agreements.

Coordinate and organize franchise opening events, ensuring all logistics and materials are in place.

Assist in managing the movement and scheduling of training managers to ensure timely training for new franchisees through Calls.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align efforts and ensure a smooth flow of information.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications, proposals, and follow-ups in Excel.

Provide ongoing support to new franchisees to help them successfully launch their franchise as per company Guidelines.

Skills Required
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Prior experience in franchise sales, Real Estate Sales, Insurance Sales or customer service roles is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Report to

Sales Director

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
