**Executive Assistant usually works to handle all the administrative needs like scheduling appointments, answering important calls, and replying to correspondence as necessary.**
**Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative and secretarial support
- Creating Pipelines & Contacts
- Partner’s calendar Management.
- Scheduling Meetings and travel Support.
- Confidential Record Keeping.
- Arranging Conference Call.
- Ability to travel national and international places.
- Conducting Company research.
- Admin work related to Business cards and other Requisite Stationery for Partners.
- Handling Timesheet Management.
- Report Generation & Document Control.
- Reimbursement claims for Partners.
- Filing, preparation, collation, and distribution of supportive documentation, notes and correspondence
**Requirements:

- Must have Passport
- Excellence communication in English
- Verbal and written articulacy
- Professional discretion
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
