We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Interior Sales Executive to join our team.

As an Interior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing sales opportunities within the interior design industry. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, present suitable solutions, and guide them through the purchase process. You will play a key role in increasing sales, building strong client relationships, and supporting the growth of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively prospect and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.)
- Meet with potential clients to understand their interior design needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate products, materials, and design solutions to clients
- Provide quotations and proposals based on client requirements
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and design techniques
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or furniture industry
- Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields is a plus
