**Responsibilities**
- Visit the given sites, interact with the officials from the project team and developing a rapport in order to generate the leads
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue generation.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate interior design products and services to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and suitability for their projects.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close sales and secure contracts, adhering to company policies and profitability objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' offerings, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge and capitalize on opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details using CRM software or other designated tools.
- Provide ongoing customer support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process and project execution, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in outside sales, preferably in the interior design, construction, or real estate sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Familiarity with sales processes and lead generation strategies.
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts is a plus.
- willingness to travel locally.

Pay: ₹10,312.26 - ₹50,686.14 per month
