- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working as a PMO.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of PMO activities.
- Independently manage end to end PMO activities for a large project.
- Ability to manage a team of junior PMOs.
- Coordinate with senior external and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare various reports and dashboard for the project.
- Ensure zero revenue leakage by closely monitoring the finances.
- Prepare invoices and manage commercials of project.
- Should be an excellent performer and to be able to mentor and guide for the team. Take initiative in learning new processes from other clusters.

Primary Skill
- Good experience in client interactions and understand requirements.
- Good knowledge on MIS. Understands and interprets the performance data in a logical manner.
- Good communication skills - Both oral and written.
- In-depth understanding of the process and ability to conduct training for new Joiners.
- Understand the audit requirement and ensure all process related documentation is current.

Secondary Skill
- Flexible in shift timings and effectively coordinating with the team during crisis.
- Ready from work from office.
