**Primary responsibilities and tasks for this role**:
The role involves administrative support, but is not limited to the responsibilities mentioned below:

- Provide direct administrative support to the Registrar’s Office (Academics), and indirect support to the Pro Vice Chancellor, as and when required
- Responsible for handling and managing confidential information
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements with comprehensive calendar management
- Support Registrar’s Office (Academics) in preparing board of management presentations
- Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication at all levels
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Design and maintain databases and dashboards
- Analyze important data and create reports
- Maintain MIS report & Data, good in Excel with Formula, Created tables. Presentation and excel sheet for track
- Collected materials and mapped data for diverse uses.
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, record minutes of the meeting, and follow up on the next steps with an action tracker
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Must have good coordination and communication skills.
- Responsible for maintaining academic & administrative records and preparation of various types of documents and presentations.
- Prior experience in the mentioned fields of activities would be an added advantage.

**Eligibility**:
Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier institution

Minimum 3 years of admin/secretarial work experience with premier organizations

**Skill Sets Required**:

- Knowledge of the latest online portals for a virtual setup as and when required, such as Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Comfortable with software for presentations and proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Smart, presentable personality who can work well with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Process oriented & tech savvy. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and preferences of Gen Z students.
- Possess both agility to adapt to a changing startup environment and organizational skills to maintain attention to detail and prevent tasks from falling through the cracks.
- Understanding of project timelines and business impact.
- Strong work experience in an entrepreneur is preferred.
- Willingness to quickly acquire new skills if required to perform the job effectively.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
