**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Itinerary Planning**: Design and customize travel itineraries (Domestic/International) for clients based on their preferences and budget.
- **Booking and Reservations**: Manage and coordinate all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- **Client Support**: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel advice.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Communicate and negotiate with travel suppliers (hotels, tour operators, transport services) to secure the best deals and ensure service quality.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and organize travel-related documents such as tickets, vouchers, and travel insurance.
- **Budget Management**: Ensure that all travel arrangements stay within the client's budget while maintaining high service standards.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor the quality of travel services provided and gather client feedback to improve future services.
- **Travel Compliance**: Ensure that all travel arrangements comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry news to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- **Crisis Management**: Handle any travel-related emergencies or disruptions efficiently, providing quick solutions and support to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in travel operations or a related field.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in travel booking software and tools.
- Customer-focused with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations calmly.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of global travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
- **Language**: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
