- Guide students during community postings, field visits, and health surveys.
- Provide mentorship, skill development, and academic support to students.
- Participate in curriculum planning, institutional activities, and research initiatives.
- Maintain academic records and assist in departmental development.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- M.Sc. Nursing with specialization in **Community Health Nursing** (Freshers eligible).
- Strong knowledge base in community/public health practices.
- Effective communication, teaching, and organizational skills.
- Registration with the State Nursing Council (if applicable).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
