Administration Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files and records
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance services
- Support HR and accounts departments with documentation and filing
- Prepare and update attendance records, timesheets, and basic reports
- Handle office equipment and ensure general cleanliness and order
- Greet visitors and manage front-desk/reception duties when required
- Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and staff welfare activities
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Proven experience as an office assistant, admin executive, or similar role
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Discretion with confidential information
- Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
