**Position**: Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant
**About Us**
ANJ is a growing organization dedicated to Real Estate. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant** to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, calendars, and appointments.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize important documents, records, and files.
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with project coordination, follow-ups, and timely execution of tasks.
- Handle office administration tasks including vendor coordination, office supplies, and logistics.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.

- Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability.
- Adaptability and willingness to take initiative.
