Opening for Site Supervisor.

**ITI / MCVC ( bldg & maintenance ) qualification required**

They will be doing supervisory site execution work which involve below all role & responsibilities but as a junior level will be working under Project engineer

Should have
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining the scope, timeline, budget, and resources required.

Collaborate with clients, architects, and interior designers to understand project requirements and expectations.

Ensure effective communication and coordination among various stakeholders involved in the project.
- Site Planning: Develop a detailed site plan based on the approved design, considering factors like space utilization, safety, and workflow efficiency.

Work with the project team to address any design or logístical challenges during the planning phase.
- Team Coordination: Assemble and lead a multidisciplinary team, including Architect, designers, site Engineer, contractors, and subcontractors.

Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members to meet project objectives.
- Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, ensuring that financial resources are allocated efficiently.

Monitor expenses, track costs, and implement cost-control measures to stay within budgetary constraints.
- Timeline Management: Develop and maintain a project timeline, setting milestones and deadlines for various project phases.

Monitor progress regularly and address any delays or issues promptly to keep the project on schedule.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality standards throughout the project, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds client expectations.

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to address any deviations from the design or specifications.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the turnkey interior firm and the client.

Provide regular updates on project progress, address client concerns, and ensure client satisfaction with the final result.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges early in the project and develop contingency plans.

Mitigate risks through proactive problem-solving and decision-making.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Obtain necessary permits and approvals to avoid legal complications.
- Procurement and Logistics: Oversee the procurement of materials, furniture, and fixtures required for the project.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
