**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **regular safety inspections** of the workplace to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Implement and monitor **safety policies and procedures** in accordance with legal requirements.
- Conduct **safety training** sessions for employees to raise awareness of safety practices and prevent accidents.
- **Identify hazards** in the workplace and recommend corrective actions to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Ensure that **safety equipment** is in proper working condition and that employees are trained in its use.
- Perform **accident investigations** to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.
- Keep **safety records** up to date, including accident reports, inspection logs, and compliance documentation.
- **Ensure compliance** with all local, state, and national safety laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development of **emergency response procedures** and coordinate drills as required.
- Act as a point of contact for all safety-related concerns from employees.
- Promote a **culture of safety** and continuous improvement within the organization.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Basic knowledge of safety regulations** and best practices in the workplace.
- Ability to perform **risk assessments** and recommend corrective measures.
- **Strong communication skills** to effectively deliver safety training and report findings.
- **Attention to detail** and a proactive approach to identifying safety hazards.
- **Ability to handle emergency situations** and provide first aid when necessary.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- **Certification in Safety Management** (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Physically fit** to carry out regular safety checks and emergency response tasks.
