**Claims Coordinator**

**Location**: Pala, Kanirappilly, Kattapana, Vaikom
**Salary**: Based on experience
**Gender: Male**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and process claims related to vehicle repairs, damages, and insurance settlements.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate claims processing.
- Liaise with customers to collect necessary documentation and information for claims.
- Review and verify all claims to ensure they meet company policies and insurance requirements.
- Track the progress of claims and ensure that all procedures are followed for approval and disbursement.
- Communicate with customers about the status of their claims and provide updates as needed.
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the claims process.
- Maintain detailed records of all claims processed and ensure proper documentation.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure that the repairs are completed in accordance with the claim approvals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- MMV (Motor Mechanic Vehicle) / KGCE (Kerala Government Certificate Examination) / Polytech Diploma in Automobile or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in claims coordination, automotive service, or insurance-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and vehicle repair processes.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

**Experience**:
