Roles:
O- Opening a sales call P-Probing and pitching D-Demo and test ride O-Objection handling C-Closing a sales call

**Responsibilities**:

- Converting showroom visitors/ potential leads into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate model.
- Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all models, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
- Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
- Maintaining & timely updation of a customer database and communicating with them.
- Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
- Maintaining reporting structures´and recording sales and inventory on our portal.
- Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/ Post Graduate
- A proven track record in vehicle sales would be advantageous.
- A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.
- The ability to be competitive while maintaining the client's best interests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- A passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

Salary and Benefits

Probationary Period : 9458+Incentives Interview and other Process.

Level-M1: 12000+Incentives 100% Functioning as per OPDOC, System & process adherence (Microsoft teams, hero sales etc.), Self Discipline

Level-M2: 15000+Incentives Team Handling

Level-M3: 18000+Incentives 100% achievement of last 3 months team's sales target

Level-M4 : 25000+Incentives After reviewing 12 months performance of Level M3, the decision will be taken accordingly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
