**Job Title: Inside Sales Executive**

**Location**: Greater Kailash, Delhi 110048
**Job Timings**: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide detailed information about company services.
Identify and understand client requirements to offer suitable solutions.
Maintain and update sales records in CRM software.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align business goals.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries effectively.
Stay updated with industry trends and company offerings to enhance sales strategies.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales.
Experience in a business services company is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
