**Description**

**PRIMARY PURPOSE**:
Responsible for setting up of Molex global and regional transportation rates and other master tables into the company freight and audit system tool to ensure a smooth and efficient processing of freight invoices to support accounting policies and to support providing a door to door transportation cost visibility for the business.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1.

Prepare and sort information in documents or spreadsheets according to established SOP

2.

Process freight forwarders invoice in to audit tools (through manually update or using excel invoicing template). Freight forwarder invoice audit in audit through tool.

3.

Review, verify and ensure accurate data are entered into the systems

4.

Follow program rules and procedures to maintain data entry/amendment requirements like KL Creation, Work flow management

5.

Response or communicate with respective service partners on data quality gaps.

6.

Proper filing of records, entry logs into the databases.

7.

Assist in developing and maintaining improved records within the database system

8.

Support new initiatives as required by the management

**SCOPE**:

**EDUCATION**:
**REQUIRED**:

- B.Sc, BA or equivalent education/experience

**PREFERRED**:

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain related courses or Engineering, or equivalent.

**WORK EXPERIENCE**:
**REQUIRED**:

- Min 0-1 year working experience

**PREFERRED**:

- Previous experience in freight forwarding industry/logistics function or freight processing organizations preferred.

**SKILLS & ABILITIES**:
**REQUIRED**:

- Computer Skills. Understanding of computer programs like spreadsheets and Word documents
- Fluent in writing and spoken English is mandatory.
- Detail oriented: Not missing out on entry items or miss out on errors.
- Time Management: Able to manage how much time is spent on various entry targets
- Effective verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate the ability to express ideas Able to anticipate, organize, execute and self-monitor workload.

**PREFERRED**:

- Have experience working with different cultures.
