Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
- Manage accounts payable using accounting software (e.g., Netsuite), focusing on supporting US-based vendors.
- Analyze and improve workflow processes for efficiency.
- Maintain relationships with new and existing US-based vendors.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills, adhering to departmental procedures.
- Process invoices, ensuring accuracy in orders, payment terms, and other charges.
- Perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling accounts.
- Handle account maintenance, recording, and reconciliation duties.
- Set up and validation of new vendors.
- Work flexible hours to accommodate US training and meetings.

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience in accounts payable and vendor management.
- Proficiency in data entry and financial software (Netsuite experience preferred).
- Strong numerical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting preferred.
