Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Invoice Processor is responsible for managing and processing financial transactions related to company expenses. This role ensures accurate recording, timely approval, strong vendor relationships, and upholding financial transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design efficient AP processes to drive automation in accounts payable activities.
- Process PO/Non-PO based invoices in ERP (QAD & COUPA preferred), labour & freight invoices, customs duty advances, and knock-off bookings.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices, maintain accurate records, and adhere to financial regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate better rates and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
Requirements:
- Strong accounting and analytical skills with knowledge of AP activities, including TDS, TDS Return data, and BRS (Bank Reconciliation).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Master's degree in Commerce, or MBA in Finance.
