**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Social Studies (History, Geography, Political Science, and Economics) for middle and secondary school students.
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials in alignment with the prescribed curriculum.
- Use innovative teaching methods, technology, and interactive activities to enhance student learning.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Maintain discipline in the classroom and ensure adherence to school policies.
- Stay updated with new teaching methodologies and curriculum developments.
- Coordinate with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address concerns.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events as required.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum **2years** of teaching experience in a reputed school (preferred).
- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching and assessments.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ability to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
- Strong research and analytical skills to make Social Studies lessons more insightful.
- Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum guidelines.
