Position Overview: We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Designer to support our sales and client facing teams by creating high quality decks, proposals, and sales materials. This role requires someone who understands design and visual storytelling, but also gets the flow of marketing, social media, and digital strategy. You’ll be the person who turns ideas, briefs, and concepts into clean, compelling, client ready presentations that help us win new business and showcase our work. Key Responsibilities Design and develop pitch decks, proposals, credentials, case studies, and sales presentations for the agency. Translate internal briefs and raw content into clear, structured, and visually engaging presentations. Support the commercial team with sales collateral, one pagers, templates, and reusable formats. Ensure all designs follow our brand identity and maintain consistency across all materials. Work closely with sales, strategy, accounts, and leadership to align messaging and storytelling. Present complex or performance led digital marketing information in a simple, visual, easy to understand way. Manage quick turnarounds and last minute updates when required. Keep templates and presentation assets organised and maintained for team wide use. Skills & Experience Proven experience within roles focused on presentation, proposal, or sales enablement design. Strong design skills across PowerPoint, Google Slides and Keynote Excellent sense of layout, hierarchy, typography, accuracy, and visual storytelling. Ability to refine and organize content, not just design around it. Strong understanding of digital marketing, creative campaigns, and social media. Experience working with sales or business development teams in an agency environment is a bonus. Strong communication skills and confidence in managing feedback and revisions
