**Key Responsibilities**:

- _**Customer Greeting and Reception**:_
- Stand at the showroom entrance and warmly greet every customer upon arrival.
- Offer a friendly smile and a welcoming attitude to create a positive first impression.
- Provide initial assistance to customers, answering basic inquiries about the store layout and offerings.
- Guide customers to the appropriate areas, including the reception desk, product sections, or waiting areas as needed.
- _**Customer Assistance**:_
- Assist customers with directions within the showroom.
- Provide information about ongoing promotions, new arrivals, and special offers.
- Ensure customers are attended to promptly and courteously.
- _**Feedback Collection**:_
- Approach customers after their purchase to gather feedback about their shopping experience.
- Assist customers in filling out a feedback form using a Google Form on their phone or a provided tablet.
- Address any immediate concerns or direct customers to the appropriate personnel for further assistance.
- _**Customer Service**_**:

- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and ensure they are resolved or escalated to the management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout their visit.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles.
- Familiarity with using smartphones or tablets for form submissions.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Basic understanding of retail operations.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position requires standing for long periods and interacting with customers throughout the day.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, may be required.
