**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Design and develop automated systems using Fanuc robotics and other automation technologies.
- Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve issues in automated systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into existing manufacturing processes.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to guide system design and implementation.
- Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks for creating detailed designs and layouts of automation equipment.
- Implement vision inspection systems to enhance quality control measures within the production line.
- Maintain mechanical knowledge of tooling and machining processes to support automation initiatives.
- Work with distributed control systems to ensure seamless operation of automated equipment.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in industrial automation, including familiarity with robotics and PLC programming.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and CGMP compliance.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and vision inspection systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
