**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth audience research to understand target personas and tailor content to meet their needs
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, SEO, product) to create content that supports business goals and initiatives
- Create editorial calendars and manage content production schedules
- Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure it is clear, concise, and on-brand
- Optimize content for SEO to increase organic search traffic and engagement
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, making recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with content trends, industry news, and best practices
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior content creators or freelancers
- Oversee content repurposing across various formats and channels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related role
- Strong portfolio showcasing excellent writing and content creation skills
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track content performance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills**.**

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with social media platforms and content distribution strategies
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and their impact on content design
- Familiarity with paid media (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and how to integrate paid content strategies with organic efforts
- Graphic design skills or experience working with designers on visual content
