Job Title: Telemarketer (Telegu Speaker)

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in Telegu-speaking regions.

Present and explain our products or services to prospects over the phone.

Identify and qualify leads to determine their interest and potential as customers.

Build and maintain a pipeline of leads to achieve sales targets.

Customize sales scripts and pitches to effectively communicate with Telegu-speaking prospects.

Answer questions and provide information to prospects regarding our offerings.

Handle objections and concerns with professionalism and persuasiveness.

Record and maintain accurate information on customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to schedule follow-up calls and appointments with interested prospects.

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits and advantages.

Continuously improve selling techniques through training and feedback.

Qualifications:
Fluent in Telegu, both spoken and written, is essential.

Previous telemarketing or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Familiarity with the product or service being offered is advantageous.

Working Conditions:

- This is a full-time or part-time position based on the needs of the company.
- Work may be performed remotely or in an office setting.
- Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate Telegu-speaking prospects' schedules.
- Target-based compensation with performance incentives.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
