_**Job Description -**_
- Ability to Handle Inbound calls, Live chat received either from the customer or a website visitor.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintains & organizes customer interaction records by updating account information and using internal tools & technologies.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, and escalate the queries to CSM for further follow-ups.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Prior in-hand experience in the IT / Internet Industry is a plus
- Familiarity with US geography & SaaS is a plus.
