**Job Title: US Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter / Lead (5 Positions)**

Experience: 5- 10 years

Location: Bangalore, India (Work from home for non-locals)
Work hours: 6.00 pm to 3:00 am IST (8.30 am to 5.30 pm US EST)

**Salary**:We pay generous base salary plus commissions for each placement**.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Interact with various departments including Sales, Operations and Offshore Recruiting departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow

**Qualifications and skills required**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience required: 5-10 Years of experience in USA (North America) Recruitment, ideally with a staffing or recruiting agency
- Must have proven track record in recruiting in US market using a variety of sourcing channels including Job boards and Social Networking sites like LinkedIn, etc.
- Knowledge of USA Tax terms and Work Visas
- Aggressive and self-motivated individuals are preferred
- Willingness to work in the US timing - India Night Shift (Flat shift from 6.00 pm - 3.00 am IST). Saturdays and Sundays are off.
- **Experience working in Executive Search or direct hire (permanent) roles is highly preferred**:

- Time management skills with ability to respond and act quickly
- We are looking for an individual with high integrity, energy, and positive attitude
- Bachelors Degree is a strong preference
