Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- *Operate CVD Equipment*: Set up, operate, and monitor CVD machines to deposit thin films and coatings on various substrates according to specified parameters.
- *Process Control*: Adjust machine settings, monitor process conditions, and make necessary adjustments to ensure consistent quality and adherence to specifications.
- *Maintenance and Troubleshooting*: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on CVD equipment to ensure optimal performance and mínimal downtime.
- *Quality Assurance*: Conduct inspections and quality checks on finished products using various measurement and analysis tools to ensure they meet the required standards.
- *Documentation*: Maintain accurate records of production processes, machine settings, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered.
- *Safety Compliance*: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Identify and report any potential hazards or safety concerns.
- *Collaboration*: Work closely with engineers, technicians, and other team members to optimize processes and resolve any technical issues.
- *Continuous Improvement*: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.

Qualifications:

- *Education*: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation or a related field is a plus.ITI also can apply.
- *Experience*: Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CVD or similar high-temperature, vacuum-based deposition equipment.Fresher can also apply.
- *Technical Skills*: Strong understanding of CVD processes, equipment operation, and maintenance. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- *Problem-Solving*: Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
- *Attention to Detail*: High level of precision and attention to detail to ensure the quality of thin film coatings.
- *Physical Requirements*: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a manufacturing environment.
- *Communication*: Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
