- In this role, you will be responsible to Work closely with and within healthcare operations management team. You are to maintain, revise or develop workflow and reporting tools as needed (snapshots, dashboards, etc.)_
- Responsibilities_
- _Utilize workflow and reporting tools to ensure operational compliance and raise operational issues when necessary_
- _Assist with operational quality review_
- _Develop and maintain understanding of applicable software packages_
- _Work with operational leadership to establish processes, procedures, and metrics to use for team or individual measurement_
- _Assist operational leadership with transitioning of new clients / projects_
- _Prioritize workload_
- _Prepare applicable reports and attend select meetings at request of management_
- _Mentoring and developing staff_
- _Develop an environment that fosters continuous performance improvement_
- _Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and escalate performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs_
- _All other duties assigned to maintain Process Health and Hygiene_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Graduate (in any stream)_
- _Relevant experience in US- Healthcare/Revenue Cycle Management_
- _Excellent Communication Skills_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _In -Depth Knowledge of providers, insurance, and US healthcare system_
- _familiarity with ICD-10, CPT-4, HCPCS, 1500 and UB04 and other appropriate medical terminology_
- _Eye for detail_
- _Familiarity with Medical Billing software_
- _Excellent MS-Office skills_
- _Must have excellent analytical ability for reporting and dashboards, also requires heightened attention to detail to ensure accuracy in output_
