**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote insurance products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth and target audiences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, brokers, and industry professionals.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Manage content creation for websites, blogs, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
- Organize and participate in events, webinars, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to ensure competitive positioning.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to create targeted marketing initiatives.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

- Performance bonus
