**Position Title: Salesforce Marketing cloud**

**Location - PSL (Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Goa, Mumbai)**

**Notice Period - immediate,30 days**

**Marketing Cloud - 5yrs to 8 yrs
**As a Marketing Cloud implementation Partner for UMD, below are the activities involved**:

- To understand the new projects or existing project business requirements with UMD Marketing Manager on a daily basis - (Currently, there are seven ongoing projects running simultaneously)
- To collaborate with new and existing UMD Marketing Business Users directly on the ad-hoc issues and provide solutions
- Debugging level knowledge of the Salesforce side is required because all the data to Marketing Cloud will be coming from the Salesforce side. The client expects self-debugging unless very complex issues.
- Marketing Cloud development/implementation based on the solutions agreed by Marketing business users
- Good knowledge of SQL queries and HTML is required, basic knowledge of CSS is sufficient. SQL and HTML will be used almost daily
- Once the solutions are implemented, elaborate the implementation solution via multiple training sessions to the business users and answer their queries
- This is critical because once the solution is implemented, the UMD business team handles it on their own, so they are making sure they understand it correctly. This is one of the major client expectations
- As multiple projects are simultaneously going on, so multitasking would be required, because any team can come back and ask queries, etc.
