**Job Title**: Welder
**Location**: Electronics City, Bangalore

**Qualification**: Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial (or equivalent)
**Experience: 5-8 years (Manufacturing/Aerospace sector preferred)**

We are looking for a skilled **Welder** with strong expertise in CO₂, ARC, and related welding processes. The role involves fabricating, assembling, and inspecting metal components as per aerospace and manufacturing standards while ensuring safety, quality, and precision.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform CO₂, ARC, and other welding processes to assemble/fabricate components.
- Layout, position, and secure parts using precision instruments (Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions with accuracy.
- Conduct weld inspections (hydrostatic, x-ray, dimensional tolerance).
- Develop jigs, fixtures, and templates for alignment.
- Adjust flame, amperage, and voltage for optimal results.
- Follow safety standards, quality guidelines, and aerospace compliance requirements.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Proficiency in CO₂, ARC, TIG/MIG welding processes.
- Strong knowledge of metallurgy, materials, and welding techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Skilled in using precision measurement tools.
- Familiarity with weld testing methods.
- Attention to detail, safety-conscious, and a strong team player.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
