Job Overview
- Assist welders by preparing materials, maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring a safe working environment.

They may also assist with welding processes, cleanup, and transportation of materials.
- Cleaning and smoothing welds: This helps ensure the final product is of high quality.
- Preparing materials and work areas for welding: This involves cleaning, grinding, and ensuring materials are properly aligned for welding.
- Operating tools and equipment: This may include hand tools, power tools, and basic welding equipment.
- Material Preparation: Preparing materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal pieces, ensuring they meet project requirements.
- Workspace Management: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including setting up and dismantling welding equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Equipment Assistance: Assisting with the setup, operation, and maintenance of welding equipment and tools, including transportation and storage.
- Welding Assistance: Holding and positioning workpieces during welding, providing support to the welder, and ensuring proper alignment.
- Quality Control: Performing basic checks on welds and finished products to identify any issues or defects.
- Safety Compliance: Following safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing appropriate protective gear, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicating effectively with welders and other team members, providing support and assistance as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
