ü Organise and manage all resources and field activities to achieve an efficient and economic completion of the contract related to façade and associated works, within the agreed time and cost, while paying due regard to safety and meeting Product Quality requirements.
- ü Co-ordinate with staffs and internal departments to execute works in accordance with planned schedules and PQP
- ü Ensure that Quality & HSE policies are effectively implemented as per plan
- ü Ensure that method statement for the construction of the Façade and associated works are approved and implemented at site.
- ü Ensure effective corrective and preventive actions on the NCRs/CARs pertaining to their scope of work is taken
- ü Co-ordinate with construction head and Package manager and resolve any technical/commercial ambiguities arising during the construction period
- ü Interact with Façade Sub-contractor and the consumer site representative on day to day basis for construction matters
- ü Ensure that only consumer approved materials are used at site.
- ü Ensure that details are sent for as-build drawing to design section
- ü Co-ordinate the activities of the sub-contractors under their control.
