**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated **Telesales Agent** to join our real estate team. The role involves connecting with potential clients over the phone, generating leads, and converting inquiries into property site visits and sales opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential buyers and investors regarding property projects.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and payment plans.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits for interested clients.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales in CRM tools.

**Requirements**:

- 0-3 years of experience in **telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales** (real estate experience preferred).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in handling client queries and explaining property-related details.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and local languages is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
