Greetings from Nexus We are urgently looking for "**Quality & Operation Excellence **" for one of the leading **Flexible Packaging** **Manufacturing **Industry. **Location** **-** Greater Noida **Experience - 8-12 Years** **Job Responsibility -** - Analysis of defects, internal NCs and rejection - frame action plan **with team.**: - Identify opportunities for improvement and initiate projects. Data collection and analysis. Discuss with team for solutions. - Implement SPC in critical processes - process audit for improving Cp/CpK. - Make project/ trial reports - in ppt and pdf forms. - Data collection for cost benefit analysis - Implement 5S, Kaizens and do periodic audits. - Support six sigma projects for defect reduction. cost reduction, productivity improvement. - Prepare SOPs, Wis, OPLs, GMP reports **Skills -** - Understanding of QA, QC and QMS - Knowledge about ISO 9001:2015, 15378 and FSSC - Documentation - hands on experience of test and trial reports, inspection reports, SOPs, WIs TDSs etc. - Knowledge of QC tools, SPC, analytical skills - Good knowledge of computer, ppt, excel and graphical tools. - Aptitude and knowledge of Kaizen, Pokayoke, improvement projects, 5S - Basic knowledge of VSM, Lean, six sigma If you are looking for job change pls share your resume.
