Greetings from Nexus We are urgently looking for "**Quality & Operation Excellence **" for one of the leading **Flexible Packaging** **Manufacturing **Industry. **Location** **-** Greater Noida **Qualification - **Post Graduate Diploma IIP / CIPET With a Degree in Chemistry or Engineering **Experience - 8-12 Years** **Job Responsibility -** - Understand, review and ensure implementation of specifications for products or processes. - Follow set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance (raw material / packaging material incoming inspection, COA etc.) - Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines from quality standards. - Inspect final output (finished goods) as per requirements of customers. - Approve the right products or reject defectives and report to Sr Quality Manager. - Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis. - Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives (Daily, weekly, monthly and as per requirements). - Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures. - Responsible for entire quality functions with a strong focus on maintaining QC culture and keeping NC’s (internal / external) under control. - Responsible for Continues Process Improvement i.e 5S, kaizen and TPM. - To support - ISO/GMP Internal / Surveillance (external) / Customer Audits. - To be a part of team members for handling customer complaints and prepare CAPA, and execution of CAPA and sustain. - New product testing and participate in NPD’s testing. **Skills -** - Exposure to Complete QMS, GMP & Food safety certification. - 7 QC Tools. - Pharma customer audits, supplier audits, Internal audits, regulatory compliance. - Computer skills-word, excel and power point. **Process**: Lamination (PU Lamination / wax lamination), printing (rotogravure) Material - Films, Papers, Alu foil etc.) If you are looking for job change pls share your resume.
