
Admin Officer

**Responsibilities & Duties**:
- Assist in preparing interoffice memos
- Greet visitors in a prompt and friendly fashion
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Process appropriate paperwork to pay vendor invoices
- Maintain the office filing system and retrieve material from files as requested
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Good communication and Interpersonal abilities
- Organizational and Time management skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a clerical/administrative position or relevant role
- Graduation Required
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- written and oral English communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
